The Mad Wolf of Ogham - Bugged and cannot complete

Just reporting that many of us are stuck and cannot complete this quest. I tried killing the boss again, nothing, talking to the hooded one in town does nothing there is no dialog.

The same. The quest mark of "The Mad Wolf of Ogham" is in Act 1 with note Travel East. However, the Hooded One doesn't have the dialogue option. Can still travel to act 2 if want to but no quests there.

Was clicking around and randomly checked Zarka's dialogue options.
Clicked on the greyed out "The Ardura Caravan" option in the dialogue and the game progressed further. NOTE: I killed the local boss before that. |

Having the same issue. Cant find any way to clear this quest. Halfway through act 2 but from the sound of it you can’t do endgame if this isn’t completed
