Resolute Technique Interaction with Sunder Guaranteed Critical Hit

Warrior's Sunder skill consumes Fully Broken Armour to guarantee a critical hit. On the other hand, the Resolute Technique passive says that you never crit. Does anyone know the interaction between these two? I noticed that Sunder still seems to be consuming Fully Broken Armour, but I can't tell if it's actually critting or not. I'm worried this might be a bug where it's still consuming Fully Broken Armour, but not giving any benefit at all. It should either be one or the other. Either it still guarantees a crit, or it doesn't consume the broken armour.

It does not crit. I tested it with 'Cold Infusion' and 'Cold Exposure' (on crit) support gems.

The wording on the skill/passive should be clearer. Maybe by stating a crit chance of 0% or 100% indicating that it can be overridden by guaranteed effects:

- Resolute Technique: your crit chance is always 0%
- Sunder: your crit chance for this attack is 100%

either way: Sunder should not consume the Armour Break if it can not crit, enabling the use of other armour break consuming/building effetcs.
Damn that sucks, ty for test. Hope GGG eventually does something about this. My build is focused on Sunder & I have 0 accuracy definitely sucks that I just can't make any use of broken armour.
In general, whenever something says "always" or "never" this trumps any other effects. So this is working as intended. Bypassing Resolute technique would make no sense in holding with the logic of the rest of the game.
There is nothing for GGG to "do" about it. "Never" always trumps "always" in every instance of both PoE1 and 2.
