Siphoning Strike "Cannot inflict shock" missing from tooltip.

Siphoning Strike does not specify that it cannot inflict shock when reading the tooltip. You have to find that information in the detailed skill panel. It should be made more obvious since gems that affect shock can be socketed into it but with no effect.

I think pretty much any skill that consumes something cannot inflict it, but yeah it is not intuitive that they can't. Leap Slam consumes armour break and therefor it cannot apply armour break but nothing in the tooltip.

There is no reason why leap slam should not be able to apply armor break just because it consumes fully broken armor, nor firestorm not be able to apply ignite just because it consumes ignite on cast. If you think this is "obvious" then you are clueless.

The shockwave that happens when it consumes shock can proc shock.

I wonder if killing a shocked enemy with the initial impact can count toward triggering Innervate.
