Dark Effigy + Multiple Poisons, bug or ambiguous wording

Dark Effigy states:
"Fires multiple Projectiles at enemies afflicted by multiple Debuffs, but Projectiles count cannot be otherwise modified". Poison is now officially classified as a Chaos DoT Debuff as of this last patch, interacting with Contagion. Dark Effigy currently only appears to be firing one projectile regardless of number of poisons applied to a target. Either this is not working as intended or the working on Dark Effigy could use some rewording to make it clearer, something along the lines of: "Fires multiple Projectiles at enemies afflicted by multiple unique chaos damage over time Debuffs, but Projectiles count cannot be otherwise modified". This interaction works fine for me. Multiple poison stacks are triggering multiple projectiles.

2 stacks of poison didn't make it fire any faster than 1 for me.
