Sacrifical Heart not dropping anymore

How to reproduce the bug:
1 - Get heart in Utzaal
2 - Complete Act 3
3 - Drop the heart
4 - Try to get another heart by going to Utzaal, but it won't drop another one.

I have similar questions
1. Complete Chapter 3
2. The task of sacrificing has not been completed
3. Unable to return to Ozal to complete the mission, teleportation can only reach the map in the first difficult chapter
The spirit of sacrifice has always been in my backpack, causing me trouble because I am worried that I will not be able to obtain it again and lose the permanent+2 talent reward

I found a way to complete the quest.

Even though I dropped the heart earlier, I could place an invisible heart on the sacrificial table and stab it with the dagger, thus completing the quest.

It's like the heart never left my inventory.
