How to fix lag spikes causing stuttering

Made a 3 min video showing how i fixed it, this is not claickbait, here's the text TLDR:

I couldn't figure out why POE2 started lagging out my rig after the first couple of days were smooth as butter. Hopefully someone is searching for a fix and finds this.

Swear to god, not clickbait. It is not your hardware, it's lag on the the server. Tried to keep this video short and simple.

Text fix: go to a waypoint in town and CTRL-Click on your destination, create NEW instance, check latency using F1 key in game.

Hooray, your 4090 works. Maybe everyone knows this, I did not, and found out via chat in game.
