4th Ascendancy Bugged (NOT WORKING) !

Today I decided to dedicate evening to completing the last 4th ascendancy. I manage to finish 10 Ultimatum 4(four) times, got all keys, opened Secret Room to Trialmaster and nothing... bugged... Then I went for Sanctum, and manage to kill Zarokh on 4th floor, got unique relic The Peacemaker's Draught Amphora, and then I couldn't enter portal to take my last 4th ascendancy, again bugged... Jesus, that was probably the most terrible day I've had in poe in over 10 years of gameplay. I love ggg but now i can't find any words... FIX THIS ASAP before more people will have a mental breakdown. Also Kripp posted video on youtube showing this bug...
