Trialmaster cannot be accessed

Got the fragments in already, the door opened, walked on the small path to the object that appears to be an elevator like circle with shining light. That object is not pass through, meaning i wasn't able to further go into the trialmaster's room after spending each fragment to open the door. Was waiting there for a couple minutes to wait if something happens, but nothing changed.

Area lvl 76, after doing the whole run, i re-entered with the fragments with me, then proceeded to run to the door all the way through the trial again, then put the fragments in.

Update: Left the zone, the new trial of chaos wouldn't open (same zone with the door open, but can't access the area: Error msg: "Failed to join instance because: You cannot join a trial that has already begun.
