Seems Dex cannot roll on belts either

Not a bug, according to the mined data, Strength is the only attribute that can roll on belts. Specifically, it is a suffix on belts. Might not be intentional but as the game exists now Dexterity and Intelligence are not even in the affix pool for belts.
