Missing permanent 30 spirit from Act 1

Hello

I defeated The King in the Mists several times, but my character can't use 30 spirit that had to be granted on a permanent basis. In the Character tab in the game I see 30 spirit total, but in the Skills tab when I try to insert persistent (aura) or pets gem the game shows 0 spirit available in the opened spirit distribution window

Unfortunately, I noted it later, that's why I don't remember circumstances

Recently, I've successfully received another 30 permanent spirit in the 3-rd Act. Now, it shows the total spirit of 60, but available is 30 still

Also, I figured out that it looks like a skill or aura was previously reserved and not released when it should be. Those days I was playing with scepter (skeleton warriors) and 2 pet gems: frost mage skeleton and skeleton archers. Then, I used a quest item to receive 30 spirit, and use received uncut gem to cut it into withering presence

I was having this problem on every character. It drops at the base of the totem instead of with other gear he drops.

You have to stand at totem and shift your character slightly till A button (for me) shifts to the spirit book from the totem favor button. The A button will move to right slightly. You’ll know and be so happy. 😃

They need to fix this so it drops away from the totem. I’m surprised there’s not numerous people complaining about this.

Anyhow, that’s how you get it. You will roll after getting this. I rolled the boss and continue to roll in Act 2.
