Can't return to Doryani's boss room

After I defeated Doryani in Act 3 he dropped a bunch of loot. I wanted to port to camp and sell, but unfortunately the "past" portal goes to the past plaza near gateway. As I entered the gateway I got ported into beginning of Act 1 instead. Now I can't return to the past, collect my loot or listen to the story ending.

This is not how it should work.

Exact same thing happened to me... I am actually so annoyed right now.....

I FOUND A SOLUTION

When you are in Act 4, rush through the content to reach the fist waypoint.

Then, from the Waypoint, scan through your map in Act 3 and find Black Chambers. Teleport there.

Click the checkpoint to jump to the last checkpoint, up to Doryani's room.

If you went fast enough, your loot will be waiting for you there.
