Witch ascendency - blood mage - Sanguimancy

Life cost is way too high due to being bugged, or the description is incorrect.
Just as an example:
My lvl15 comet has base mana cost of 106 mana, yet I need to pay 274 LIFE for a single cast, which is insane. That's nowhere near the BASE cost, like the ascendency reads.
Respectivly 231 mana (16% reduced cost per tree), which is rough, but manageable.
Fix the life cost. Thanks.

Edit: 399 Life with lvl18 ... nuts. Three casts and I'm almost dead lol.
