Vendor iLevel capped in Hideout, but not in Town (at level 60)

Hi I am currently level 71.
Both expedition vendors and gear vendors are capped at level 60. But not in town, there it corresponds with my actual level. My friends report a different case. Could possibly be a bug. Last bumped on Jan 19, 2025, 2:41:22 AM

Yup, Having the same issue here. I've tried dismissing the vendors and even swapping hideouts to no success.

Same, also I cannot return to Act 3 original town.
