Hunting grounds portal bugged cruel mode

please help i can continue the act 1 cruel hunting ground quest beacuse the hunting ground portal is not there after i killed the boss and the game thinks im still in the boss fight

I have exactly the same problem on PS5

it is the same on the lower act also so just cant play the game right now great
and it is when you leave the area and try to comeback when it is disappearing because could enter it straight after the fight. |

im dumb or something got changed but click on waypoint and choose where you want to go and it will teleport you there.
