About deleting the game.

I have problem with local disk C,its totally full and booth games poe and po2 are instaled on C disk.I need to delete booth game to make some space,question is what will happen when i delete,do i lose items,characters,account?

All your characters, items, bought skins and everything else is stored on company servers, you not going to lose anything, can delete both games and reinstall on another disk D or another computer
