skeletal warriors no longer spawn in

skeletal warriors have disappeared and will no longer spawn back in. have tried re-logging and also tried unequipping then re-equipping the scepter. nothing has worked, id like my warriors back please

This is happening to me also. Started yesterday, prior to the patch, i think. Restarting the client and the patch have not fixed the issue.

I have been using a rattling scepter (the one that grants the skill), I happened to equip one with a higher level in my second weapon slot. Now my skeletons will not spawn. I have removed the other scepter and the issue still persists.

The skill detail panel is blank, sometimes it displays a different skill.

I used Vaal orb on Rattling Sceptre and after that warriors stop spawn.

Edit: Swapping an item to another Rattling Sceptre doesn't help, however, when I put Skeletal Warriors gem into the socket and summon them using spirit it removes the issue.
