Unable to choose Alter of ascendancy on act 2 after crash

On trial of sekhmas, I died along with final boss and game crashed. On rejoining, I landed at the beginning of the trial, and status shows "Use the Alter of Ascendancy to choose your ascendancy"

But I am unable to do it as I am spawning at the entrance on trial. Also I am unable to retry the trial as I have no more medallion to do it.

Hard stuck to move forward. Any help appreciated

Issue is resolved. was able to get medallion again after some time

did you redo the trials?

i have same condition and now i have to redo the trials
