Hooded One not in hideout?

Hooded one is not in my new hideout (endgame) that I unlocked. When I go in through edit and try to place him, I can select and attempt to place him from the menu, but he doesn't appear? What do I do?

Same issue for me. Hideout can be edited by adding other stuff like trees or moving Alva or Doriyani arounbd but the Hooded One is only shown in the NPC menu but cannot be placed.

During the campaign I added him to my hideout. After finishing the campaign, he wasn't there anymore and can't be placed or recalled

Bump. Having the same problem. Can't place him, but he appears available in the Decorations menu.

I don't think this is a bug so much as a "feature". They just forgot to remove him from the edit menu. So GGG, please remove him to avoid confusing players. I also spent like 5 mins trying to add him to my hideout.

I think that's a soft spoiler to us that in the final game campaign he either gonna screw us over or die. (I still think he'll betray us, he's been straight forward about it in Act 2).
