Deserted map not getting complete

I had no head icons towards the end. I killed everything, but the map isn't marked as complete.

I've encountered the same issue as well with 4 monsters remaining

Same issue, map is empty and no icons for rares/bosses but isn't complete:

Same issue, 0 monsters remaining. Blank map, cannot complete.

Same issue, 4 monsters remaining, no rare monster indicators, cannot open adjacent map so 100% certain that current map is not counting as complete.
