PoE 2 Says No Access at Login

Hello

I was recently provided with an early access key to PoE 2. I have redeemed the key, downloaded and updated the game through Steam, and my PoE account says I am allowed to play in the PoE 2 early access; however, after launching the game, when I click "login," I am given a message that says my account does not have access to PoE 2.

I'm at a loss for anything I can change or check. I'd very much like to give PoE 2 and dive into Co-Op with the person who gave me the +1 key. I appreciate any help you can provide.

Hi there,

Players who have purchased an Early Access key and are still experiencing access issues may need to look into their Connections Page to ensure everything is correctly linked.

If you log into your account on our website via Email and Password, and you have purchased PoE2 through Steam or Epic Games, you may need to make sure the correct Steam account is linked on your Connections page.

Once you have successfully linked your Email and Steam if necessary, navigate to the Early Access Page of your account and make sure it confirms your Path of Exile account has got Early Access.

If this has been successful, it should say "Your account is eligible for Path of Exile 2 Early Access Thank you for your (or your benevolent friend's) support!". If this is the case and you're still unable to get it running properly on Steam/Epic, you may be able to log into our Standalone Client as a temporary measure until we're able to respond to your ticket.

If you are still running into issues after trying the above steps, or if you have already linked an incorrect email address or steam account, you will have to contact us at support@grindinggear.com so we can look into this for you.
