charged staff issue

Hello,

I encounter an issue with Charged staff.

It doesn't send the Shockwave on attack with my Quarterstaff.

It procs like once in a while... but it should proc at every single hit.

Could you fix it?

I'm running into a similar issue.

After getting a 3rd socket on the Charged Staff skill, shockwave projectiles were no longer being produced when the skill was active. The skill gem I equipped was "Excise". Removing this gem once again allows Shockwaves to be produced

My issue was the support "Hourglass".
The increased cooldown is not only for use of skill but also for the projectiles of the buff.
