Brand new game and you still have to interact with the individual to buy something. Come on.

stop being new to poe, its the way its always been and its the best way the only way go play runescape or somethin with an auction house if thats what you want

I disagree with this.
As far as i remember this is something that ggg stated they will not change either

Stuff like awakened poe trade and other 3rd party tools allow you to do price checks in game (not yet developed for poe2 and likely one will be)

I dont think we should need 3rd party tools just to make trading bearable. Trading in poe1 was biggest reason i quit the league early. After spamming people for half an hour to buy something.. man it sucks so bad, i never understand people defending this.

awak trade is not needed its just qol for fast price checking,
generally i only have to wait long periods of time if a person is selling a high ticket item like mageblood or something and they are afk... you are making it sound way worse than it is

This is a bad take since it was something we had on console in the last game. If you don’t want it don’t use it but asking for something back we had and either didn’t make it for EA or was ignored isn’t unreasonable. There’s plenty of reasons one would prefer everything happen in game and not be outsourced.

You're probably right, but as a 'never invested' POE1 player (really, I'll probably never play POE1 again), all I ever dealt with in POE1 for trades were bots that answered and traded in hideout, people that weren't even capable of trading at that time (despite being online), or people who just outright blocked me. Relying on third party programs and websites for trade in POE2 is jank.

POE2 has tried to differentiate itself from POE1 and it should continue the trend, whether or not we get an in game auction house (instant or otherwise) aside...

At the very least the website should be available in game, usable with a controller. As is the rest of the game.

i mean too you guys GL getting improvements from GGG on consoles / controllers lol
