Console-ps5 cosmetics/shop bug-void emperor planetary orb does not show up when you equip it

I’ve tried a couple times. You can put it on in the cosmetics but when you exit cosmetics to in game it’s not on your character. I literally just bought this and can’t use it… please fix this asap :/
