Request for Character Transfer to a Separate Account

Hello, my brother and I currently share the same account on Path of Exile 2. But, He plays on Console and I play on PC, somehow we don't share any characters or ingame currency. When I downloaded the game and booted it up, I was on my steam account but somehow it had my brother's account linked INGAME, I have no idea how this happened and noticed around 40 hours into the game.

I would like to request a transfer of my characters to a separate account to make it easier for us to enjoy the game independently if possible, please.
