Elemental Invocation doesn't switch weapon

Hello, guys:

The problem that you can't set Elemental Invocation to second weapon slot and use while you are in 1 weapon slot(auto change weapon).

So i have Elemental Invocation on my monk:


I set that Elemental Invocation should work on both weapons:


I set that frost wall that i use in Elemental Invocation should work only on second weapon:


So with this setup what i can see on screen:


You can see that i can't use "Q" Elemental Invocation from first weapon, it's disabled.

But if i switch to the second weapon:

Now i can use it.

I think this is bug. The whole purpose of the skill is that it can auto switch to weapon that need. But for Elemental Invocation you need to manually switch to the second weapon, and when use it.
