Missing 30 spirit

I uses summon raging spirit and out of a sudden while playing my flame wall stopped spawning SRS and noticed my spirit was 10/30 for some reason. SRS was still reserved but said that it needs 30 spirit. Disabling SRS made my spirit 0/30.
