Cant progress the quest "the Pinnacle of Flame"

after finishing the first t7 map in endgame this quest popped up, telling me to speak to doryani but neither the one in hideout or the one in refuge can progress this quest and have nothing to interact with. Last bumped on Dec 16, 2024, 3:43:43 PM
