Resistance buff from campaign not applied during maps

Hi,

I noticed that the resistance buffs that you gain in the campain are not applied.

You get -60% all resistance from the campain so -10% x 6.
You you kill all the bosses for the permanent buffs you get +20% all resistances back.

This should give you -40%.

This picture show me in the hideout with -60% all res (i removed all gear) and also shows that i have the +10% cold res buff which should bring my cold to -50% but that is not the case.
