Early Access Feedback - Question: How Does "Right Hand of Darkness" Work? - Forum

Hello All The notable skill "Right Hand of Darkness" states that it grants minions "20% increased area of effect". Does this mean splash damage? I have not been able to find any source of minion splash damage other than, maybe, this node. Is anyone able to definitively state what this notable passive does? Cheers.
