Cast on Shock "spirit bug" POE2

Hello! I have encountered a problem. I have 124/124 spirit. I try to turn on the spell "cast on shock". It gives an error and indicates a lack of spirit. I tried to remove all things. I tried to remove all spells and all stones. The error remains.

Same issue here on my monk have tried everything this needs to be made a priority, and it is with both cast on shock and cast on freeze.

Make sure you have a SPELL type skill socketed under cast on shock otherwise it will indeed say this. The skill needs to know what to cast.
