How do I contact support?
I've sent messages via the website and via email (support@grindinggear.com), but I haven't received any responses. For some reason, I have two accounts. I linked them, but my microtransactions are scattered across both accounts. One account has all of my PoE1 stuff, and that is the account I play with on PoE2 via Steam. The other account has my PoE2 twitch drops, support pack and closed beta rewards. I would like all of the stuff on that account transferred to my account that has all of my PoE1 stuff. If anyone knows if I can do this myself, or if there's another way to contact support so I get a response, please let me know. Thank you!3 Last bumped on Jan 10, 2025, 4:59:05 PM

The user you are trying to contact is receiving mail at a rate that prevents additional messages from being delivered. Please resend your message at a later time. If the user is able to receive mail at that time, your message will be delivered. So I don't know if they're being received via email.1 |

" I've been waiting for 2 weeks... I had a reply the day after I e-mailed and then was promptly ghosted. Your support email customer service is basically non-existent...... If your last email was sent before 27th December 2024 and you still haven’t received a reply, it’s likely that your email wasn’t delivered. Based on current observations, it seems that inquiries are processed in the order they are received. Sending a follow-up email might push your inquiry to the back of the queue. However, if your last email was sent before 27th December and still hasn’t been addressed, there might be an issue with its delivery or handling.

Anecdotal, but it might have been delivered just fine. I messaged support on the 22nd of last month about Quad Tabs. Around five days later, my account was Locked, because of something I said in Global. I emailed support again that night, twice. I got the famous copy-paste reply within a couple hours of my account being Locked, asking me for information I'd just provided. Yesterday, nearly two weeks later, I finally received a copy-paste useless reply about my initial inquiry, the Quad Tabs.
