Path of Exile 2: Game crashes constantly

I’ve been playing PoE 2, but I’m experiencing constant crashes, and I don’t know why. I love the game, but it’s getting a bit frustrating.

Yesterday, I was doing the trial of ascendancy in Act 2. I finished the trial and was reading the ascendancy talents for my sorc. Then suddenly, my game crashed, and a window appeared saying something about a dx 12 failure. I tried logging in again to check if my progress was saved, but I found out I had to redo the entire trial. This has left me feeling a bit discouraged because these constant crashes are sapping my motivation to play.

I think it might be something related to my computer since other players don’t seem to be experiencing the same issue.

In the game client logs, I found the entries where the crashes occur. I’ll share some lines from the log right before the crash in case anyone can help me trourbleshoot the problem and figure out how to fix it.
