Culling strike feels bad now / possibly bugged?
Culling strike checking the threshold before the hit just honestly feels bad. Its an extra cast that would generally kill the mob 95% of the time anyway. Additionally it seems to only be on hits? Could be wrong here, but feel like it should apply to DOTs, especially when its ascendancy points aka Witch Hunter.
Lastly it seems bugged in coop, the threshold is no longer a % but a flat value. Last bumped on Dec 11, 2024, 7:00:06 PM

Can confirm that it doesn't work on DoTs. Bleed at least.

Culling strike being checked before the hit is extremely nonsensical in the first place.
E.g. warrior passive branches has 1 node for culling, but I see zero reasons that any warrior will be picking that node. Hard-hitting attacks work absolutely against the usefulness of current culling strike mechanics. |
