Show all mod tiers on tier highlight

When holding alt and hovering over the mod tier, you're able to see the mod name and it's tags. This is a huge improvement but I think it could be expanded to be even more useful by allowing us to see what all the other tiers for that modifier look like as well.

For example, you hold alt, hover over an attack speed mod, click it, and hover over the "Tier:X" part, where you will then be shown what the other tiers look like. Similar to Craft of Exile's mod drop-down where you can see what the lowest tier through the highest tier looks like (even the ilvl you need to hit it). If visibility is a concern, just keep the actual original mod on the item you're investigating highlighted and lit up.
