Shocked Ground does not generate energy for Cast on Shock

Per title.
From similar effects (Frost Wall, Flame Wall) I expected the lightning warp skill to generate "Cast on Shock" energy. However, it does not because shocked ground does not count. Last bumped on Dec 11, 2024, 6:11:27 PM
