Loud Static Audio Bug

Sometimes when playing, typically when I tab out my audio seems to break.

It will suddenly have a very loud sound simillar to old school TV static that is increadibly loud. At first I thought it my be my headset or system but when I reduce the audio volume to 0 in the POE 2 options it stops.

It also doesn't seem to effect any other audio such as browsers etc and stops when i close the game.

Addtionally it matches up with the audio of the game fading in and out with music and getting louder when attacking or casting skills.

This bug seems to be irregular as I have gone a day or so without it happening even with me tabbing out. Then other days it will happen 2-3 times in 2 hours etc.

I got this bug from pausing on the frame shock happened it seemed. When going to character select and back stopped the static, but game audio was still broken and not playing anything else and occasionally had sharp audio blasts from some interactions.

Had to restart the game to fix.

I'm experiencing an audio crackling issue from the login screen. The bad audio occurs on attacks and when monsters make noises in game. The game audio is very garbled/crackly like you would expect from an issue with your audio device.
I am on PC with an AMD Ryzen CPU and RTX GPU. My Sample rate is set to 48000 Hz on all devices. I have a TASCAM 4x4 HR audio interface connected by USB-C and running Voicemeeter Potato for virtual mixing, with Voicemeeter as my default and selected output device. I have tried running the game in DX12 and Vulkan with similar results.

UPDATE: Issue persist. I tried changing Sample rate to 44.1 kHz. I also tried increasing the buffer size from 256 to 512, the horrible crackling audio is still there. I tried Fullscreen mode and noticed that when the game window was minimized, the game music stopped crackling completely (I have mute when in background disabled). Once I gave the game focus again by alt-tabbing, the music started crackling again.

I have gotten crackling audio in game since launch, random pops and crackles.

Tested different headphones, settings, windows audio, nothing has solved it.

All other games, apps, music etc have no issues.

If i turn down the master audio its more noticeable.

With it on full it was there but more subtle in a way.

Can't seem to find a fix online for it yet.
