Level 25 trade bug

Have restarted my client multiple times, have a character that is 31. But i still cannot trade any uniques or exalted orbs or anything like that. It gives me the message i have to be level 25. But im 31! every toon i have cannot trade them. Please help!!

Also tried leveling a toon on poe 1 to 25 encase that was the issue. But still locked on poe 2 at level 31. Problem still persists.

So i emailed Customer support when i first posted this. Still waiting to hear back. Not being able to use the trade market or trade unique items as well as currency is very frustrating. Just waiting to hear something back or something official about this issue.
