Login Error: "You are logging in from a new location" Issue

Description:
I am encountering an issue where the game displays a login error stating: "You are logging in from a new location. Please re-enter your password." This error appears every time I open the game, even though I am logging in from my usual location and network. Additionally, the game often requires me to enter a confirmation code sent to my email due to this supposed location change, which is very inconvenient as no actual location change has occurred.

Steps to Reproduce:
Launch the Path of Exile client.
Enter your account credentials (email and password).
Click "Log In."
Observe the error message and/or prompt for an email confirmation code.
Expected Result:
The game should log me in without any errors when using my usual location and credentials, and it should not request a confirmation code unnecessarily.

Actual Result:
The game prompts a login error suggesting that I am logging in from a new location, even though I am not.
Often, I have to retrieve a confirmation code from my email and re-enter it in addition to re-entering my password.

Additional Details:
Platform: PC (Standalone)
Operating System: Windows 11
Network Details: Using a wired connection with no VPN or proxy active.
This issue happens every time I attempt to log in.

Attempts to Fix:
Re-entered the password multiple times.
Retrieved and entered the confirmation code from my email every time.
Restarted the game client.
Restarted my router/modem.
Verified the integrity of game files through the PackCheck.exe.
None of these steps have resolved the issue.

Notes:
This issue has become a major inconvenience, as it requires me to repeatedly re-enter my password and retrieve confirmation codes from my email due to an apparent location change that never happened. I would greatly appreciate any guidance or resolution to this problem.

I am also experiencing the "logging in from a new location issue"... and now it happens during gameplay, where it kicks me out of the game. I think its difficult to login from a new location, when I'm already logged in and playing.
The same thing has been happening to me since day 3 of EA. It's quite annoying to have to grab a code from the email and enter the password twice just to log in when all I want is to press the login button and play.

Look in the email, whether the mentioned location is correct (sometimes it is "from an unknown location", so that your current IP address doesn't seem to be known/registered to the from GGG used geolocation service).
