POE 2 Item dropped after I died and cant be obtained

I had a ascendancy token drop from a twin boss fight in Deshar. It dropped after I died and after I respawned it was gone. I tried resetting the instance but the boss appears to stay dead.

Literally same thing here, barya item dropped from twin boss in Deshar after I died and cant restart the fight anymore. Will this item will be available again another way without making new character?

I just started making a new character but im seriously upset by this one.

I've lurked the forums and able to restart the fight - go to act town waypoint, CTRL+LMB on the Deshar location, than create new map instance. This will recreate the map and the boss will be there.
