18% + 3 x 9% + 8% = 53% converted cost


240 base mana cost skill, and shockwave totem showing its an attack for purpose of 1st image

240 x 53% = 127.2 Life, therefore 240 - 127.2 = 112.8 mana cost

But the tooltip shows all the converted part both life and mana cost without the 10% reduced part.


I tried my best catching how much mana it used on 1 cast and this is the lowest value it went down to. Even if considered mana regen of 0.6s use time from cast we just use this number

333 - 229 = 104 mana used at least
If the 10% reduced mana cost for attacked worked on the 112.8 mana cost for skills and is not just an tooltip display error, it would have costed 112.8 x 90% = 101.52 mana
