Lightning Warp + Mana Tempest game crash

When casting lightning warp into a ball lightning from Mana tempest the game will regularly crash, removing my map instance as well.
Currently I am using: Call of the Brotherhood Cast on Freeze lightning conduit Ball Lightning Lightning Warp Casting mana tempest to boost my damage while performing my normal rotation causes the crash. bumping this. post patch happened again. crash wiped my map and everything i had picked up inside.

Mana tempest makes my game crash too. Most of the time it kicks me out to the login screen and says "unexpected disconnection", but occasionally the entire client gets terminated. It started happening after the 0.1.0c patch. It feels like casting the spell has a 1-5% chance of crashing. I'm giving up on my sorc for now because of this.

ok just lost 3 good maps + loot and then tested in 5 more lower ones and can confirm it is just Mana tempest into Ball Lightning and Lightning warp tested multiple times reliably can disconnect to screen or fully crash the game..
most interesting is the part where if you crash the game fully you not only lose the map but also loot that you picked up which is super weird? some kind of rollback? |

same issue here. the crashes are so frequent that i have to completely avoid the mana tempest + LW combo. on PS5.
