Endgame Crypt map

Hello.
I've been trying to complete the Crypt map in the endgame but it does not give me the complition even when I clear the map at 0 monsters. I tryed to restart the game but it has no effect. I had a problem with the Augury map but it can be fixed with restarting the game. Any thoughts ?

same here I hit the switches on the pillars. Walked around it prob 20 times making sure I hit everything but nothing to do. I didn't get the completion
