BOTH My sorceress are bugged! TWO DIFFERENT MAJOR BUGS! UNPLAYABLE!

My main (DPSRATS) lv 49 Stormweaver has been bugged since completing act 3 going to act 4(or act 1nm).
Everytime i go back to act 3 to help my friend with his character, if i take the GATE to travel to the other timezone it forces me to go to act 4 Beach map and i cannot tp or escape it and forced to do it all over again EACH TIME i try to move between the gate to get to the other timeline. Ive done the beach of act 4 that you CANT TP like 6-8 times before i decided it was better to remake my character since i had to respec anyways and avoid the bug.

PART 2:

My new character DEPRIVEDATBIRTH lv 30 Stormweaver which i grinded the past 24h to get to lv 30 and almost completed act 2(with all side quests) is currently in The spires of Deshar.
After going to town and selling my shit, I clicked on the portal to go back to The Spires and was stuck in a forever load screen(Lets call it FLS) (Which is very common the beginning days).
So i restarted the game(like every other time) and for some reason. For the first time, I'm stuck in a FLS. Again, And AGain AND AGAIN!
So, I tried all my other characters including the bugged one above and ALL of em can load in. ONLY MY NEW CHARACTER THAT WAS MADE BECAUSE OF THE FIRST ONE BUGGING IS NOW FLS AND I CANT RETRIEVE MY LOOT!

I'm not going to make another sorceress until my other two are fixed and id appreciate if they do get fixed if theres a free respec to save my lost time.
If both are debugged i rather have one as a chrono mage since i hear that we cant ever change our ascendencies.

Well, with the recent patch notes stormweaver is dead. I guess that's one way to solve the bugs.
