Trialmaster inaccessible (4th ascendancy)

I finished round to level 75 ultimatum. I teleported out to get the fragments for Trialmaster, and came back. I put the fragments in, and the door opened, and there is just a platform there. The platform is completely inacessible, and I cannot unlock the Trialmaster, meaning I cannot unlock my 4th ascendancy (right?). Also wasted 40 exalts sad

I have the same issue. Cleared 10 wave ultimatum and placed three keys in to open the door. Door opens but the platform at the end cannot be stepped on.

Edit: I also attempted this two times. The first time, I claimed rewards before opening the gate with three keys. The second time, I did not claim any rewards before opening the gate with three keys. The same bug occurred in both attempts. Spent & wasted about 100ex to buy the keys.

+1 same thing happened to me. Farmed fragments, opened door at the end of a 10 trial Ultimatum. Nothing there, just the platform, can't interact with it or step on it. Bye bye fragments

It is indeed bugged, opened the Trialmaster door but the elevator (I assume its the elevator) is inaccessible.

This bug is still happening, wouldve been nice to know before I spent 25ex on fragments

60ex spend here to the trash wtf.... we need a compesation for that... this is not a beta... is an early acceses come on!
