Arcane Tempo causes "incorrect weapon type" on quarterstaff

If i slot Arcane tempo into a wand on the second weapon set or onto a non-quarterstaff spell it causes Glacial cascade and and Frozen Locus to stop working saying the "Incorrect weapon type" error.

I understand now, it's not a bug, if you open the spell tool tip adding another support increases the intelligence requirement for skills with 2 support gem and makes it so they are unusable if you dont meet the requirement.

There should be a tool tip that mentions that because it's not obvious.
