Shavronne's Satchel does not apply health flask recovery over time to energy shield. Instant recovery works, but not any form for non-instant health potion

same problem, I tested to see if you need missing hp to recover as well and it didnt change anything. Removed Chaos Inoculation and tested again, still nothing works.

Also having the same issue here. Shavronne's Satchel isn't allowing my life flask to recover energy shield.

Hoped for a patch to fix this belt but sadly it doesn't work.

Same here. I just bought the belt hoping it would help me survive getting into mapping. Sorely disappointed.
