Trial of Sekhemas - Hungry Fangs

Issue happened as of today. While running the Trial I got the Hungry Fangs affliction. At one point I dropped from full health of 1.7k to 0 in less than a second.

It seems like Hungry Fangs affliction trigger off damage over time effectively killing player almost instantly.

There's no way this can be intended, you just die without warning and anything you can do about it. I usually pick this affliction over most others so I've had several runs with it with it without any real problem. Maybe it's just this enemy type? Either way I don't know what it was, there's no visual effect element to hungry fangs or the effect that triggered it (the glow is just from time of need).

Edit: Some one has claimed that it's actually the bugs that the pot enemies shoot out, and that they're moving aoe's that do lots of damage and all 3 of them can stack at once. You can see them land in the clip, but they quickly dissipate and there is no visuals of them doing anything. So it might be that, but either way, insane, something isn't right.
