stuck in act2 caravan crash

hi i have 2x char that are stuck in act2 caravan. i try load the game and it just town crash at the loadup, have tryed several times in diffrent hours and it just keep crashing, so i cant do any progress after i hit the caravan. i have tryed lower the graphics but dosnt help.. (error:swap_chain->pressent() fail)

Just got to the caravan myself on cruel, crashed while loading into the zone and now it just crashes on every boot.

sometimes im able to be there for like 10 sec and then the crash comes.. idk if it have anything to do with the majority of players at the area/mtx hell that causes the problem!?
