Possible Bug when you die at opening Halani gates - got stuck i guess

Hey folks,

today i continued with playing act 2 and reached the point where i should open the halani gates. When i arrived at the top, i ran into some mobs and accidently died while summoning the npc. After respawning and killing the mobs, i got the npc following me, but with no possibility to activate the opening mechanism.



With the "Checkpoint resuscitation" from the menu, i can reset the area but as soon i reach the gates again, npc spawns behind me and i have the same issue.

Is it a bug?

Even after a longer waitingtime to reset the map, i'm still FULLY stuck in this quest. Can't continue with my journey.... :(

My friend got the idea to invite me to a group and re-do it through his portal. That worked for me and through that i was able to fix my issue.
