Not getting bonus reward after killing boss with upgrades + not getting ascendancies point

1. I got to endgame but realize not getting some boss bonus. When i track back and killed again, it did not gave the point.
Now i stuck with missing buff/asc point 2. I did high tier trial chaos - do not get ascendancies point Please help to clarify if this is bug or not Last bumped on Dec 11, 2024, 5:00:32 AM

Same problem here.
I'm at 22/24 Weapon Skill points and map says I didnt finish Candlemass (act1 cruel) and Ignagduk (Cruel). I killed both and got rewards (8% max health and 40 spirit) but all others are "grey", like I killed and got the reward. I doublechecked all Acts and undergrounds And now im still clueless which weapon skill points are missing.
